It doesn’t always have to be wheat. The Mestemacher sunflower seed bread is made from whole rye meal and finished with whole rye kernels and sunflower seeds. The bread is rich in important dietary fibers and therefore ideally suited for a cholesterol-conscious diet. Also delicious when toasted.
Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight bag or container in the refrigerator and consume within 5 days.
