Preparations:
In a pot: Heat the sauerkraut in a cooking pot for 2 minutes, stir occasionally. Season and refine to your taste.
In the microwave: Fill the sauerkraut in a microwavable dish, cover and heat for 2 minutes at 800 Watts.
Suggestion: Enjoy sauerkraut with meat dishes such as pork roasts, grilled sausages (e.g. Rostbratwurst) and smoked pork chops or vegetarian dishes such as Schupfnudeln.
Keep refrigerated after opening.
