If you love flavorful mustard with a pleasant kick, the medium mustard from Löwensenf is just right for you. A mix of brown and yellow mustard seeds forms a well balanced level of spiciness, which only Löwensenf can provide. The mustard in the dark green jars is finely seasoned with select spices, which makes it strong and aromatic, yet not too spicy – so don’t worry about taking an extra spoonful. This mustard is especially great for mustard-based sauces and marinades, but also for grilled meats such as brats, steaks or burgers.
