This sweet mustard from Löwensenf is a coarsely ground mustard piquantly seasoned with chilli that makes it taste sweet and spicy at the same time. The fine note of caramel gives this mustard its typical taste. It goes very well with the classic Bavarian white sausage breakfast, Bavarian meatloaf, as a spread, or as a dip with pretzels and cheese.
